Following the intriguing winter finale of "Grey's Anatomy" that was aired last November 17, a lot of things are haunting not just the main characters but also the fans. "Grey's Anatomy" had the fan going loco over Meredith Grey played by Ellen Pompeo and Alex Karev played by Justin Chambers possible relationship.

The friendship level of the two is rising up to a whole new level like what other would say the 'romantic' level. The reason behind this are the recent scenes between the two. Before "Grey's Anatomy" Alex Karev had to make a big decision and that is to plea bargain and to go to jail for two years just to help Jo Wilson played by Camilla Luddington to escape from taking the stand.

Alex as part of the OG team with Meredith Grey, told her the news and assured her that she'll be fine. But Meredith stops him from making the decision because according to her - as it is not about her, it's about Alex who will be destroyed.

The Meredith and Alex scenes in "Grey's Anatomy" is enough to plant romantic thoughts but there is more. As Alex Karev waited for his turn in the Attorney's office, Meredith sent him a voice mail telling him that they used to be five and then the two of them and that she can't just be alone. Meredith ended it with "Please don't".

The "Grey's Anatomy" also left the viewers wondering what would happen with Owen and Amelia now that Amelia has decided to leave Owen. Despite all the problems in  "Grey's Anatomy" Alex, Webber and Owen have to face the biggest problem of all - Meredith Grey's Alzheimer's Disease.

It became pretty obvious in "Grey's Anatomy" that Meredith Grey have Alzheimer's Disease. In Season 3, the same disease led to Ellis Grey's demise. The disease Meredith has could change everything the fans knows about the story. As some facts may have turned into fiction and may be altered if Meredith indeed in suffering from dementia. Could this mean that Derek Sheperd may not be dead after all?

"Grey's Anatomy" fans must be open with any outcome of the series. The series may end sadly that might turn out to be happy or vice versa. Disasters and challenges keep on hitting the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital but all of them might reach an ending they all deserve.
