Google Nexus 7 has been tagged numerous times as one of the best devices to be released in year 2017. While most of the information provided online are not yet official, there are details and leaks coming out that are mostly common in several reports.

Most reports say that Google Nexus 7, also called as "Pixel 7", will have Google's latest operating system: the Android 7.1 Nougat. However, according to Mobi Picker, Pixel 7 will have the Andromeda operating system. Andromeda is the combination of Chrome and Android's best features rolled into one highly-functioning operating system. This operating system is said to be very compatible with Google's Chromebook operating system and might also contain improved Chrome apps, making it the most flexible operating system Google has ever created.

Tech Times says it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, and Adreno 530 GPU and will run at 4GB RAM. Aside from this, it offers a huge memory extension option of 2TB and boasts a 64GB internal storage. Interior specifications aside, Google Nexus 7 will carry 13-megapixel back camera. It also boasts a 7-inch Quad HD screen with a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel of display resolution.

Along with Google Nexus 7, gadget lovers also look into how iPad Pro 2 and Microsoft Surface Pro 5 to compete with the other best tablets which are slated to be released by next year. While some reports say the Pixel 7 will arrive this December, reports gathered by Fab Newz claim that the Google Nexus 7 handler, Huawei, has some minor disagreements with Google. This caused delays in the production of Google Nexus 7. These disagreements might cause Google to transfer the handling to HTC.

Another speculation say that Google might handle the model by themselves, just as how they released Pixel. Because of these minor bumps, the device might be released sometime year 2017. These may be mostly rumors and soeculations yet but one thing is sure - 2017 will be a year of improved gadgets.
