Apple seems to be pretty quick in making "iOS 10.2 beta 5" made available for public testers and developers. It was only less than a week back that it reported that iOS 10.2 beta 4 be given to public testers. The latest update for the iOS is reportedly patching a bug that deleted some versions of iTunes from TV app in iPhones.

The iOS 10.2 beta 5, named as build number 14C89, only consumes 59.2 MB of space and seemed to be a light update. It majorly fixes the issues and bugs found with previous updates and doesn't add any additional feature or enhancement. Apart from fixing the bug that is deleting the iTunes, the update also changes and fixes the issues faced by the iPod Touch owners when they try to access TV app from the device.

People who are interested in downloading the iOS 10.2 beta 5 can get it by registering with Apple Beta Software Program page. Those who have already registered will get it as an update and look for the changes. The update for customers is expected in the coming weeks upon the feedback from the beta testers. The instant download of beta version could also provide errors at times but the feedback can be provided on Feedback Assistant app that comes with the beta program.

The iOS 10.2 update has added a number of features to the iPhones and that includes the new wallpapers, new Unicode 9.0 emoji and the TV app, which has caused the bug. Additionally, it has added new screen effects, SOS feature to call 911, new sorting options for Music App, a widget for Video App and options to save camera settings.

Even while iOS 10.2 beta 5 addresses the bug issues, not all the bug issues are being addressed by the update. It is reported that the uninstalled TV app is not being able to download from iTunes store. Also, the SOS feature is not working for any other country apart from India and looks like exclusive to the country.
