The story will briefly be twisted on the motherhood of Belle. Her pregnancy that was magically speeded up will cause greater trouble.  She will give birth to a son, and asked the Blue Fairy (Keegan Connor Tracy) to take little Gideon far. This plan is to escape from father Rumplestiltskin's control.

Belle and Rumple are forced to work together to keep their son safe from an unimaginable danger. Emma (Jennifer Morrison) as the savior wished to live a different life and she wanted to change her destiny. She is even confused about her feelings for Hook (Colin O'Donoghue). Regina (Lana Parilla) will plan on a solo risky mission to rescue Emma from an alternate reality.

It was assumed that this season, Rumpel's mother will be revealed. The previous season showed that he was abandoned by his father Peter Pan. Many viewers speculated that his mother is the Dark One who happens to be the Black Fairy.

The twist will start when Rumpel (Robert Carlyle) attempts to kidnap a child to allure the Black Fairy. The sorcerer's heart will drop into pieces hearing his mother's words that sometimes people have to choose power over love.

This is the reason why he hates fairies. He even asked her mother why she has forsaken him as a baby without even giving him a name. He had enough of the dark path. He changed when he became the Beast to Belle (Emilie de Ravin) and slowly fell-in-love with her.

This season, the several plot twists will confused viewers. As Alladin became a genie, Prince and Snow were cursed with a sleeping spell. The second story twist will affect the midseason finale scenes.  The devastating moment has left Rumple to change his ways to stop deceiving people.

"Be careful what you wish for, it could change your past and alter the course of fairy tales forever," the Evil Queen provocation. The Winter Finale of Once Upon a Time, next Sunday on ABC, December 4.
