‘High School Musical 4’ Latest Cast & Update: Taylor Swift Prepares To Join ‘HSM’; Zac Efron Excited While Vanessa Hudgens Still Uncertain

Since Disney announced that "High School Musical 4" will be coming soon, reports of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens joining the cast have been buzzing online. This time, Taylor Swift is also reported to join the cast of "HSM."

After Taylor Swift's short-lived romance with Tom Hiddleton, the "Shake It Off" singer has now her attention on Zac Efron. Radar Online reported that Swift is busy taking up acting classes as she wants a career change and rumor has it that she will be joining the cast of "High School Musical 4."

The 26-year-old singer is now busy with school and is currently preparing for her new movie. As for her possible role in "High School Musical 4," Taylor Swift has not confirmed her connection with the movie. 

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens who ended up becoming a couple during their "HSM" days but also broken up have been separated for years. They are now being linked again since the announcement of "High School Musical 4." 

Fans are waiting if they will continue their story in "HSM4" and would love to see a conclusion to where the couple is after "High School Musical 3." However, it is reported that Hudgens is still reluctant to join the cast because of her boyfriend Austin Butler.

Latest reports are indicating that if Vanessa Hudgens won't join the cast of "High School Musical 4," the actress will be replaced by Taylor Swift, according to Ecumenical News. Swift and Hudgens are rumored to be getting closer since Swift's breakup with Tom Hiddleton. 

Zac Efron is rumored to reprise his role as Troy Bolton and Vanesa Hudgens as Gabriella Montez. It is even reported that the upcoming "High School Musical 4" will also end up with a wedding at the end of the movie.
