Americans thought that the US Election concluded last month, but not for the case of Jill Stein from the Green Party. Because of the Wisconsin recount pushed, the deal of recounting the votes got the controversial notion in this nation.

The American election process is a multi-faceted method because it brings two set of elections in the United States, said on FOX News. The general election gives the population the right to choose their President and members of both legislative chambers. The result also defines not just the Presidential result but also the majority vote of the electoral college representation based on the numbers of representative in the process.

One candidate may win the popular vote, but if their party fails to win in the state against their contender may result to them losing the Electoral College. In the US Constitution, it clearly defined that the Electoral College result will tell who the winning candidate is.

The Interminable Election of 2016 is not final according to Jill Stein believing that her motion of the Wisconsin Vote recount is substantial. As a candidate, she is legally rightful to stand and ask for a recount which also includes the States of Michigan and Pennsylvania.

In a question with the case, Stein only got 1.5 Million votes out of the 134 million cast last elections. It means that the top contender that may question the result and ask for a recount is the Democrat Party Contender Hillary Clinton having the second largest margin of the votes or in fact having the popular votes.

As of writing, President-Elect Donald Trump is filling up the Cabinet as part of the transition of power comes January 20. In the case of the recount, it may be advancing and getting popular attention pulling back protesters and others to stop for the presidency of Trump, said on New York Times.

Both the Green Party and Democrats pushed for the motion and challenge the result. If this is considered, would it change the result of the entire country? Considering the number of Elector College Vote Mr. Trump got, it would not change a single thing.
