Since 2006, anime lover had also marveled Code Geass for its unusual mix of magic and politics. Of course, even anime fan girls out there never forget the exiled prince Lelouch Lamperouge (whose real name is Lelouch vi Britannia), would still shout their hearts out, as they watch the hero using his Geass, or a power that he has obtained.

And right now, Code Geass' disciples are now getting hyped as it was announced, and also reported by Kotaku, that the anime will have its magnificent comeback as a sequel, after a ten-year absence from the screen.

The site further reported that the announcement happened during a celebration of the anime show's 10th anniversary last November 28. And, the sequel will be called Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection. In the title alone, surely Code Geass' otakus are now speculating what will happen in the sequel.

The site reported that it's still unsure whether it will be a film, or still a television series. But, Anime News Network revealed that the sequel will be a three-part film, and its airing will possibly happen next year, 2017. Despite some of the discrepancies from both anime sites, one thing is sure: Since the story is a sequel, it will feature what will happen after Code Geass' finale in its last season. And now, various theories and spoilers have circulated in the Otaku world.

Some say, that it's possible that Lelouch had escaped death, after he successfully implemented Zero Requiem, which was told to have brought peace all over the world. It was detailed at Kotaku, that one of the theories tells that Lelouch was the cart man servicing one of the main characters. No doubt at all, that the show has still a very big impact to its audiences until now.
