"Fences" by Denzel Washington is about the pitfalls of dwelling on the disappointing past and how it has a domino effect in life - destructive to the person and the people around him.

Washington plays the character of Troy Maxson an  African-American Dad who battles with his lonely experiences being a colored person in the US. The story moves on how he dreamed of becoming a baseball player during his younger age.

The father is a faithful sanitation employee in Pittsburg, knowing that it is only through this job that he will be able to provide for the family.  Viola Davis. who, plays Rose Maxson catches her husband's daily frustration, yet remained to be his loyal companion.

The "Fence" depicts a series of conflicts- a family living with tight pockets. Because the Troy the father is a frustrated leader of the house, a withholder of emotion, and a totalitarian dad, this has made Corey's, the son, heart to flee away from his father, Troy.  What draws the balance between the relationship of the father and son is Rose.  Viola's ability to make the viewer relate to her feelings is very effective.  It is very impossible for the audience not to shed a tear on this film. Her acting is simply, phenomenal - a proof that Viola deserves her previous nominations from Oscar and Tony.

"Fences" adapted the original Broadway Play written by the iconic 1983 Pulitzer and Tony Awardee writer August Wilson.  Washington's acting expertise makes him the perfect fit for the former 'Theater Play' master piece boldly released by Paramount Pictures

Award winning casts, Washington plus Davis' are sure multiplying stunners to this year's Christmas movie.  "Fence" will be shown in Theaters on Christmas day, December 25 this year.
