According to Moviefone, Meera is Bran Stark’s secret service agent. Meera’s main job is the protector. She doesn’t go in a battle and tell people what to do, she goes in as a bodyguard. Meera is the last one to watch Bran’s back and to make sure he gets where he is going. She sees this as a mission for her. Bran needs protection because he can’t walk and he spends a lot of time having visions which make him very vulnerable. Meera says even if he seems little and weak, he has immense strength and capability of mind. "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 will be very interesting because Bran can reveal all the secrets and lies from the past as well as the future.

The fans are speculating that Meera’s character has a much bigger role than just Bran’s bodyguard. One theory suggests that she could be Jon Snow’s (Kit Harington) twin sister.

According to MTV, two things are pretty clear in "Game Of Thrones" Season 7. Bran will accidentally break the protection spell on the Wall which will leave the Seven Kingdoms vulnerable to the wights and he will reunite with his sisters Arya (Maisie Williams) and Sansa (Sophie Turner), of course, accompanied by his bodyguard Meera. While Kendrick doesn’t want to reveal where she and Bran are headed, speculations are they are going to Winterfell. There is a heart tree where Bran can have his visions and he is the only one who can tell Jon Snow he is the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.

According to Huffington Post, rumors are Jon and Meera are twins. They look alike with their brown eyes and curly hair, and since fans don’t know anything about her mother, this can come out true. The only thing left is to wait and find out.

“Game of Thrones” season 7 will air on June 25, 2017, on HBO.
