“Overwatch” is the latest game franchise of the four gaming worlds released by Blizzard Entertainment and even with just less than a year since it was revealed, it remains to be one of the most popular online multiplayer games to date.

With tons of characters and so few stories to back each up, it is not strange that fans would speculate and expand the stories regarding the origins of each character. Each character has a unique life to tell and explains why they are the person they were created. The latest character to be in the hot seat is Pharah.

Otherwise known by her real name, Fareeha Amari, is an Egyptian security officer whose mother has recently been revealed. Ana also joined the faction as one of the playable characters in “Overwatch”. With Pharah’s mother revealed, who happened to be the legendary sniper, Ana Amari, fans are now curious just who might be her father.

A speculation has been circulating around the internet lately, originating from Reddit, regarding the identity of Pharah’s father. The interest to find out who he is sparked after players noticed some intriguing things within the game. With those, they put two and two together and devised the soundest theory regarding this matter.

The first one had something to do with the rare skins of the in-game characters. Each character is given one unique quality that differs from the rest. Ana Amari has been bestowed a set of rare skins that are embroidered with jewel or jewel-themed. But her daughter, Pharah is the only character who has two different rare skin concepts, which involve a set with jewels and another one with metals.

“Overwatch” has given the metal themed rare skins to one character and that is Reinhardt. Reinhardt Wilhelm is a tank character in the game that wears a heavy armored suit. With just this alone, it’s reasonably logical that Pharah inherited her rare skins from her parents, namely Ana and possibly Reinhardt.

Another thing to point out to support the relationship between Ana and Reinhardt are the in-game dialogues they have, which pretty much sums up to flirting. Whether or not the theory is true, it actually sounds coherent. But fans of “Overwatch” know that in order to get to the bottom of this, they’ll have to wait for the origin story to be released.
