Following Melania Trump's decision to skip the tradition and not join Donald Trump in the White House, doubts about how the first lady duties and first family maintenance be done without her. However, this issue shouldn't be a problem at all, since the first lady sash could well be worn by Donald Trump's first daughter, Ivanka Trump.

According to the Santa Monica Observer, Ivanka Trump wishes nothing to be but a "good daughter" on his father's presidency. However, since Melania Trump decided to focus more on her son, Barron, than to transfer to the White House and continue Michelle Obama's role at the House, one woman needs to step in and grab the role.

During the campaign, Ivanka, together with her younger sister Tiffany, initiated on their own campaigning for Donald Trump. While Melania sports out her former-model glam alongside the male Trump, the latter's daughters busied themselves into grassroots involvement. Ivanka has also been the more involved member of Trump's family when it comes to their business, so getting involved with politics behind his father's shadow will not be new to her.

While Melania has her own platform as a first lady, Ivanka's advocacy on equal pay and maternity leave for women seems to be more fitting to the role than her stepmother's. Not that people would likely believe Ivanka more than someone who tried copying Michelle Obama's speech, just like what Melania did in the past.

The Fox 29 reports that Donald Trump confirms his wife and youngest son will move to the House after the current school year ends. However, the public remains to be skeptic about the real reason behind Melania and Barron's delay on transferring to the White House. Both Obama and Clinton have school-age children when they moved to the White House and experienced no hassle along with it.

Rumors continue to round two possible truths behind this decision. It was either Barron's condition is extremely sensitive or Trump's marriage to Melania is falling apart. Whatever the truth is, it will surface and be known when the right time comes.
