Kylie Jenner is about to face a new battle. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is being accused by her rival makeup artist for stealing her photos in Instagram, and for using it on her cosmetic line's advertising campaign.

According to Mirror, filing possible legal actions to Kylie is Los Angeles based makeup artist Vlada Haggerty, who runs an Instagram account which posts are all about women's lips in various concepts. The news site reported that Haggerty noticed that Kylie Cosmetics' official Instagram account has posted photos that are surprisingly similar to the ones she posted on her own account.

And due to the similarities Kylie Cosmetics' advertising photos have with Haggerty's posts, the makeup artist and her photographer are said to threaten suing the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star.

The Instagram photo was a close up shot of a woman's lips on red shiny lippies, with her hands covered shiny gold powder, crossed over her eyes. The said photo, according to the report, was uploaded by Haggerty in September.

On the other hand, Kylie Cosmetics shared a seemingly similar photo, but with red matte lippies, hands also covered in gold powder. Followers who seemed to have noticed the similarity to Haggerty's commented on the post, according to Daily Mail, stating that it was a 'cheap copy.'

Also, the news site reports that this is not the first time for Haggerty to accuse Kylie of ripping off her photos on Instagram. Back in December, the makeup artist also raged in social media saying the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians'" cosmetic line copied her photos.

The photo, according to the report was shared by Kylie Cosmetics for its metallic lip kits' debut. Comparing the image to the one on Haggerty's Instagram, it seemed to be the exact photo.

Kylie Jenner has not commented on the issue yet.
