Many of the gamers who anticipated a $99 sale for Nintendo's Best-seller 3DS got disappointed with how Amazon handled their promo.

Nintendo 3DS was noted on Forbes as one of the best deals to grab on "Black Friday 2016". Nintendo released two versions of the 3DS, a white one and a black one. During the "Black Friday" craze, almost all of the retailers offer $99 for the 3DS. However, here's the bad side of it: the gaming device does not come with a charger. Gamers and those who wish to buy the gadget for a gift should keep this in mind, especially when you are planning to give it to a kid.

While reports suggest that the Nintendo 3DS can be ordered from several retailers who offer it with a $99 price tag, many of those who went to Amazon to buy a unit got disappointed with how the sales went. According to Polygon, the sale price was up for only about a short period of time on Amazon's site. What's even worse was Amazon turned the sale a day before it was scheduled for what is supposed to be a "Black Friday Sale". Nintendo 3DS was also available for pre-order on Amazon last November 23, two days before Black Friday Sale.

One commenter on Amazon's Nintendo 3DS page expressed his disappointment by saying, "It's very lame how this was put on sale earlier than it was supposed to be. I happened to be on the page and did get one for myself, but had I waited for the proper release I wouldn't have gotten one. That's stupid to have people patiently waiting and then releasing it two days earlier to scalpers." Several people who also went to the website also warned buyers not to get their handheld console from scalpers.
