Since its release, Hello Games and Sean Murray have gone silent towards the update that will be substantial for the game's core. Previously, a Zendesk blog regarding No Man's Sky was found and it just adds more salt to the wound.

The post entitled "Are You Working On Any New Updates" was recently taken down after a fan found a lost blog from Hello Games answering the question of most fans: "Where is Hello Games?" The post was said to be by Griffin880 from Reddit on Tuesday.

iDigitalTimes revealed that post itself was not new and was not even seen by Internet Archive and Google. iDitigalTimes did a deeper analysis and state that "timestamps on Zendesk blogs update each time account holders check on a post, see that it was "marked as helpful" or even read comments, the shown postdate is totally useless. It's just strange that so many prominent internet engines, and even No Man's Sky's ravenous fans, weren't aware of the page until a few hours ago.

The message that was taken down seemed to be a PR-explanation from No Man's Sky. It says "we know you are very keen to hear from us on this, and, while we would love to share specific timelines with you on what kind of updates will be released to you right now, we can only say that as soon as we are ready to share any news, you will be the first to know."

Sadly, the post was taken down after it became viral by Hello Games. The question from a lot of critiques is why was this taken down or removed. It only goes to show that Hello Games and Sean Murray would more likely be silent about this concern.

Meanwhile, a further explanation from No Man's Sky creators is need since Hello Games and Sean Murray are currently facing a lot of investigations and lawsuits. Previously, No Man's Sky was facing refund complaints and ASA investigation.
