"Game of Thrones" actress Kellie Kendrick breaks her silence about the recent Meera Reed-Jon Snow theory that's been spreading on the internet. The actress, 26, who plays the character of Meera Reed has some interesting things to say.

Warning: this article contains possible spoilers for Game of Thrones. The show is currently on a break and will be back for its seventh season on 2017.

These theories and spoilers won't be proven right until Game of Thrones return for its seventh and (possibly) eighth season. Fortunately, fans can rely on the internet to get their "Game of Thrones" fix until its return. Plenty of theories and spoilers on the internet surrounding the show are about the resurrected one, Jon Snow, as plenty of Game of Thrones theories revolve around the man.

In one particular theory, fans speculated that Jon Snow wasn't the only infant child of Lyanna Stark when she gave birth at the Tower of Joy. This theory suggests that Meera Reed was Lyanna Stark's baby, too. This means that she is Jon Snow's twin sister.

During Lyanna Stark's childbirth, every fan knows that Ned Stark was there. He even vowed to help and shield her sister's offspring by claiming him as his own bastard son.

However, another person was also there at the time - Howland Reed. Reed was also there with Ned. The theory suggests that Howland Reed also took the other baby - the twin, Meera Reed - and did as Ned Stark has done.

Fans of George R.R. Martin's books know that both characters are listed as they same age. The person who wrote this theory suggests that if fans can notice, Jon and Meera share some physical similarities.

During an interview at a recent HBO event for the upcoming "Game of Thrones" season 6 home video release, Ellie Kendrick shared her thoughts on the theory.

"Game of Thrones always surprises us. I'm always surprised! I never have any idea of what's going to happen next. I never rule anything out," she told the Huffington Post.

She also added "It seems quite conclusive in terms of Jon's parentage. I don't know. We've still never really seen where Jojen and Meera [Reed] have come from. We know a little tiny bit about her father. We don't know anything about her mother, really. So yeah, I'm excited to find out who her parents are and what the situation is." When asked about the Tower of Joy scene in season 6 - in which only one baby was present.

However, if fans learned anything from the Game of Thrones, it is to expect the unexpected. Which is why fans are not quick to rule this theory out.

Game of Thrones season 7 will air this coming April 2017.
