The first lady is making headlines. After a New York-based French high-class designer Sophie Theallet, who has designed the previous first lady Michelle Obama for the past eight years and has frequented the covers of Vogue and Essence, refused to dress the first lady, Melania Trump. And, Carolina Herrera predicts that perhaps in two or three months designers will be flocking to dress Melania Trump because she will be representing the United States. Now, it seems that all eyes are on the glamorous first lady.

Melania and her 10-year-old son Barron Trump decided to stay in Manhattan, New York instead of the White House for at least six months, allowing her son to finish out the school year, in Upper West Side private school. It was revealed that the first lady will is very supportive to her husband and will travel to the White House as needed but her main focus is on her son, Barron.

The New York Post stated that Melania is a devoted mother to Barron and not relied on nannies to raise him and frequently seen picking him up since from his prep school. It was revealed that the first lady and her son will each have an armored vehicle and a driver plus they will be entitled to an unknown number of secret service agents for protection.

The Daily Mail calculated that the cost of police protecting the first family could cost $1 million a day, but on Friday, Mayor Bill de Blasio said that the city has never with anything of this scope of the cost and chaos that might happen when the first lady and his son will be staying in Trump Tower when the president-elect, Donald Trump moves to Washington DC.

The number one primary goal here is the security and safety of the first family. NYPD's basic responsibility will be controlling the movement of the public and that would be a great challenge.
