The social networking giant, Facebook is expanding its company in the U.K. with an arrangement to contract 500 more workers for its London headquarters. With these, the expansion would increment by half the organization's present 1,000 workers there.

Additionally, the organization will utilize 1,500 individuals in London by 2017, including engineers, advertisers, project managers and sales agents, when it opens its new office in Central London. Consequently, Facebook's decision runs through despite the few worries that the country's Brexit vote to leave the European Union could restrict the technology industry development in the U.K. With these, Facebook remains its commitment to the British community and promises high-tech facilities and advancements to launch in their London headquarters.

As Facebook's VP for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Nicola Mendelsohn reported that the UK stays one of the best places to be a tech organization and is an essential piece of Facebook's story. She added that Facebook came to London in 2007 with just a few number of people.

As of the moment, the new Facebook building has been under development in the London district of Fitzrovia. Engineers at Facebook's London office are proceeding with the advancement of the Workplace, a platform conceived to enhance communications between specialists inside a business. The Workplace in London is the first global launch of the service outside their US headquarters and will also be the home of the largest engineering base outside their US headquarters.

Facebook's choice to extend in London is additional proof that London's quality as a tech center continues to develop. The capital's dynamic tech scene is the envy of Europe and Facebook's proceeding with responsibility is another sign that London is interested in ability, development, and business from every one of the four corners of the world.
