“American Horror Story” has had a good run over the years and the sixth season has marked itself like one of the bloodiest and goriest adventures shared by the producing staff. Its level of brutality is almost equal to a snuff movie and that is what makes its end just more interesting.

Rejoice, Lee (Adina Porter) survived, USA Today shares. Then she had a long and lasting court battle and like every realistic court in the world, proof was shown of her murdering her husband and yet, she was announced not guilty and left to go on with her life. That was some life she pulled out there, travelling the world, giving interviews, writing her own book. Best of all, Lana Winters (Sarah Paulson) wants an interview with her. Practically, things have been going pretty good for the lone survivor of “American Horror Story” Season 6.

Is there no justice? No karma? No cosmic forces of harmony? Entertainment Weekly shares some good news for all the gore hungry, fighters of vindication. First, the last alive Polk enters the live streamed talk show at which Lee was giving her interview. Guy enters with an assault rifle, shoots everywhere, but somehow, once again misses Lee, but the guards do not miss him. A few bullets, he is down, Lee is saved once again. But then, her daughter Flora is gone, kidnapped by the evil spirits of the mansion. She has become a sacrifice for them, Lee finds her and takes her place, forever entering the Butcher’s domain. She becomes a hero. Justice for all.

Even though ending was quite unjust, writers of "American Horror Story" kept their promise of just a single survivor. Variety adds in conclusion to this story, that Flora was the last victim and at the same time, last survivor. Everything else is history. What do you think about the ending? Was it surprising, or expected? Did you cheer for Lee?

“American Horror Story” Season 7 will be released during 2017.
