[UPDATE] Dragon Ball Super "Trunks Side-Story" Film Adaptation Plot Revealed; Plus Dragon Ball Super Translation Mishaps and King Kai Fist! [WATHC HERE]

The previous report revealed that the Dragon Ball Super franchise has a Trunks Side-Story to be aired soon. With numerous of fans impressed by Trunks showdown with Zamasu, the Dragon Ball Super franchise will give fans more of Trunks.

Avid anime fan Herms98 and DetectiveX posted on their twitter page that the Dragon Ball Super franchise will portray the Trunks Side-Story and will focus on the backstory of Future Trunks. Also, it was speculated that the event will be during the battle of Trunks and Cell. Also, Trunks Side-Story was reported to be released by Tankobon and was strategically printed at the back end to not mess up the flow of the story. It is said that the story was between 386 and 387 in Legend 14.

The recent announcement gave so much hype to their anticipating fans. To make everything close to reality. Toriyama's author did a recent comment about the film adaptation of Trunks Side-Story. There are no further details on when the said announcement will commence, but as Herms98 said it puts us into a "Trunksapalooza!"

Meanwhile, fans were bother about the recent translation mishaps for Dragon Ball Super Episode 66. Translation seems a bit off in some instances like how they translated "Kami-sama" to "mister"and how Haru called Trunks as "oniichan" but showed as Trunks only.

There is no complaining about it, but as a fan, you'll definitely want more close to what it is originally been. But, the main focus is about the "King Kai Fist" that Goku counters to Zamasu. Herms98 again explained the derivation of the "King Kai Fist." It states that Crunchyroll replaced the original translation of "Kaiou" to "King Kai" and "Ken" to "Fist" thus coming up with "King Kai Fist."
