The next flagship phone from Samsung is claimed to be sporting a pressure-sensitive display. "Samsung Galaxy S8" is a crucial launch for the firm considering the withdrawal of Note 7. The firm feels that it has to include innovative features to get back from the debacle it faced. Many tech analysts confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S8 would be coming with specific features that can attract people. The major among them is pressure-sensitive display.

The pressure-sensitive display of Samsung Galaxy S8 would be able to understand hard press and soft press hence more options can be added on each press. This would quite similarly work in the line of Apple 3D touch in iPhones. It should be noted that Samsung Galaxy S8 won't be the first device in Android to sport this functionality as Huawei's Mate S has the Force Touch technology.

Interestingly, Samsung Galaxy S8 won't be having full force touch technology and it would only feature partial force touch in it. However, the firm is working to include it in full fledged within two years in its premium smartphones. There are rumors that the firm is planning to develop its own force touch for its phones through Samsung Display.

A recent leak on Samsung Galaxy S8 confirmed that the 5.5-inch screen of the device would play 4K videos on its Super AMOLED display at 806ppi pixel density. Rumors are suggesting that phone would also feature a bezel-less screen with almost 90 percent of the front of the phone would be the screen. It would also feature fingerprint scanner on the screen.

Other specs leaks of Samsung Galaxy S8 includes Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor, which is developed using 10-manometer technology. This new processor of the phone would give almost 27 percent improved performance and almost 40 percent power efficiency.

Further, Samsung Galaxy S8 would also include a double lens rear camera that can capture 16 MP photos, while the front camera is of 8 MP. It is reported that the phone is expected to be introduced during the World Mobile Conference in February 2017.
