According to a report in Christian Today, Jo is to testify at Alex's trial and had to tell him, first about her secret before baring it all. She has to make a testimony about the incident that led Alex into beating up Andrew De Luca (Giacomo Gianniotti).
It is likely that Alex may be in real trouble once Jo testifies against him. Meanwhile, a report from Morning Ledger indicates that Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) is speculated to return in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. This may be hard to believe since Derek has been killed in a car crash in the series.
