'A Series of Unfortunate Events' Updates, Spoilers; Neil Patrick's Count Olaf Behind Accidental fire? New Characters Revealed

On 2004, the popular book series 'Lemony Snicket's  "A Series of Unfortunate Events" had its movie adaptation starring Jim Carey who had an outstanding portrayal as the eccentric Count Olaf. Unfortunately, the movie which was directed by Brad Silberling was not that big hit to secure a sequel. However, the well-liked movie is now back and this time as a series on Netflix. Today, the 'How I Met Your Mother' star Neil Patrick Harris will pull off as the evil Count Olaf.

Netflix released the first teaser trailer of "A Series of Unfortunate Events" series which features the initial flicks of Harris as the evil guardian Count Olaf with the tragic Baudelaire orphans, Violet, Klaus and Sunny. Malina Weissman ( Violet Baudelaire) is the eldest  and is an exceptional inventor. Moreover, Louis Hynes (Klaus Baudelaire) is the middle child and is an amazing reader. Sunny Baudelaire who is the youngest has four very sharp teeth and loves to bite things.

in the "A Series of Unfortunate Events", after the Baudelaire siblings lost their parents in a mysterious fire accident, their distant relative Count Olaf volunteers to adopt them. His intentions are a long way from charitable; what he truly needs is the huge fortune the youngsters' dead guardians abandoned. Furthermore, he'll do anything to get his hands on that wealth, even committing murder.

"A Series of Unfortunate Events" is a great book series that started in 1999 and finished in 2006. Each of the thirteen books were written by Lemony Snicket, which is both an imaginary character and the pseudonym of the real author, Daniel Handler.

The series will premiere on Jan. 13, 2017 and stars with Patrick Warburton (author and narrator Lemony Snicket), Joan Cusack (Justice Strauss), Aasif Mandvi (Uncle Monty), Catherine O'Hara (Dr. Georgina Orwell)  directed and produced by the Emmy award winner Barry Sonnenfeld.
