'WWE Survivor Series 2016': Could The Sunday Match Be As Deadly As The War Of Words?

The WWE Survivor Series 2016 is scheduled on Nov. 20, 2016, and the venue is as specified earlier, Air Canada Center, Toronto, Canada. This time the main event is Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg singles match and their word exchanges have raised great expectation about the event. The pay-per-view wrestling series is originally started in 1987 and through the years it has garnered enough attention.

Interestingly, the WWE Survivor Series 2016 has caught everyone's eyes due to the first major event of Bill Goldberg after his return of 12 years to the arena. The 2-time world champion would try to exhibit his ability to pull anyone down as his fans expect in WWE Survivor Series 2016 match. This is his second time in WWE Survivor Series as he met with Triple H in 2003, whereas for Brock Lesnar, this is the first time.

Apart from the main event, there are five more matches in WWE Survivor Series 2016, which includes 3 team matches and 2 additional singles matches. But, the most highlighted match of the event is Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg and it is expected to give a very exciting night when the event starts at 7:00 p.m ET.

The WWE Survivor Series 2016 match is the do or die event for Goldberg, as an early loss may force him from retire from WWE events. But, his undefeated record from 1997 to 1998 proves that he would give his best fight on the judgment day.

The new face in the WWE Survivor Series 2016, Brock Lesnar, on the other hand, would try to win the match considering the fluctuating performance in the recent years. The WWE Survivor Series is the major WWE event that goes for pay-per-view event format along with WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Royal Rumble.

The previous events participated by WWE superstars and many of them debuted in Survivor Series including The Undertaker in 1990, The Rock in 1996, The Shield in 2012 etc. are few. The WWE Survivor Series 2016, however, not marking any debuts like previously.

The second time appearing star, Goldberg has already yelled at Lesnar that "this is your last" when the later advised the former's family not to watch the event, during the declaration of WWE Survivor Series 2016 date and other details. Interestingly, the video game series "WWE 2K17" has included Goldberg as a character in the game considering his comeback and the match.
