“Jane The Virgin” is one of those TV Shows that are pretty hard to put in a few words, which go around the world, travel back and come to you. It is simply impossible.

Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Michael (Brett Dier) a married couple, had sex. Yes, that is the whole turnaround of the episode. In a more thorough manner, the main character of the series and her beloved one, finally got to the place that fans have expected for three long seasons. Was it perfect, no. Was it honest, Yes. At least that is the opinion of MTV News and their review of the latest episode. The fast-ending, non-magical experience was both crucial and educational for them, as they realize that some things need time. It is true for both emotional and physical connections.

Will this be the end of the series, as the whole premise has now been lost? Hollywood Reporter shares writers commentary on the topic, saying that this will not be the case. Truth is that the punch line had long lost its merit and the whole concept had lost its comedic value.

Over two seasons of overusing the same joke, they decided that it was finally the time to put it to rest, together with all their overused clichés. What will happen with the show’s title? Writers plan on scratching out the original title and adding in some new name in the call card. The name will vary, depending on the episode, its premise and the development of situation.

Writers admit, to Deadline, that it was long planned for this event to come. Like mentioned before, they have played out all the situations which came to their mind and the idea cow had now ran dry from over milking. They knew it was going to be Michael, after he recovers, but had no exact idea of the placement of the even among the series. As they were running out of ideas, they moved it up to mid-season from season ending.

“Jane the Virgin” Chapter 48 is expected to air on 7 November, on CW.
