The film "Jumanji" equates with a beautiful recall of Robin Williams who starred the movie in 1995, directed by Joe Johnson.  Williams was trapped inside a board game for 26 years until two kids, (Kirsten Dunst and Bradley Pierce) played the board and frees him out of the book together with the various animals and character onto the world.

His iconic character as Allan Parish, very much alive, animated face, hilarious antics, witty - in other words, unforgettable. The actor passed away in 2014. Robin is much missed by many.  And so another  Jumanji movie wont be the same without Williams.

To those who fell in love with the work of Johnson, Jake Kasdan offers Jumanji 2.  Kasdan, known for Adult comedy films, makes a sequel.  The producers boasts of awesome casting.  Most of the shots happen in the jungle - rumble in the jungle.

"Jumanji 2" follows the same game, coming in for some 21 years later, following the now grown up kids.   The film is set in the digital age, but the characters remain to be playing the video game.

Dwane Johnson perfectly fits for a new lead in Jumanji 2.  Dwayne plays Dr. Smolder Bravestone, an explorer and one of the avatars.

Playing the games are Alex Wolff (The Naked Brothers Band) Madison Iseman (Still the King), Ser'Darius Blain (Star Trek into Darkness) and Morgan Turner (Mildred Pierce), also starring, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas and Rhys Darby.

Williams' performance is quite tough to follow, but Dwane graciously accepted the offer.  Before the shoot, Dwayne Johnson shared in his instagram post how he respect and love Williams.  He assures fans that the character of Alan Parrish  will stand alone and be forever immortalized in the world of "JUMANJI".

"Jumanji 2", initially scheduled to set the big screen on July 28, 2017, but the producers decided to move it for the Christmas holidays, December 22, 2017.  Jumanji faces Pitch Perfect 3, The Six Billion Dollar Man and The Story of Ferdinand.

Meanwhile, "Jumanji 2" is still completing the scenes in Hawaii. Most were shot in the jungle. The casts were constantly teasing the public by sharing photos from behind the scenes on their social media accounts.

Fans are excited to see how "Jumanji 2" will pay homage to the well loved Robin Williams.  Yes, "Jumanji 2" would be much different, spiked by Dwayne Johnson.
