Sexism is discrimination, typically against a woman by sex. A lot of woman around the world is experiencing it. And not even Hollywood superstar can escape gender discrimination. One of them is Mila Kunis.

Mila Kunis revealed that a producer threatened she'd never work in this town again unless she posted semi-naked in a men's magazine. But it looks like Mila Kunis never needed anyone to tell her what to do. She stated her firm and stood tall. For the first time in her entire career, she said no!

After stepping away with the project, she said her world didn't end there, although the film did make a lot of money, she still working with that town again and again.

Mila Kunis wrote a very compelling essay discussing his experience with the issue on the website A Plus last November 2, 2016. " I was livid; I felt objectified" as the essay reads of how Mila Kunis felt about the gender bias. "What this producer may never realize is that he spoke aloud the exact fear every woman feels when confronted with gender bias in the workplace."

She tells how there have been moments when she has been insulted, sidelined, paid less, ignored and diminished because of her gender. She said to succeed in that kind of industry as a woman she needs to play the rules of a boys club. And just found that it's "Bull***t" the longer she worked in the industry.

So she decided to make her club. A production company with three amazing women. And finally, they were treated equally and partners. But when they signed to partner with an influential male producer this is what happened.

In the process of pitching a show to a major network, this producer chose to email the following:
"And Mila is a mega star. One of biggest actors in Hollywood and soon to be Ashton's wife and baby momma!!!"

Mila Kunis explained "he reduced my value to nothing more than my relationship with a successful man and my ability to bear children. It ignored my (and my team's) significant creative and logistical contributions."
But even if the man did that to her she said that she has no plans on vilifying him. Because gender bias happened every time, everywhere.

"I'm done compromising; even more so, I'm done with being compromised. So from this point forward, when I am confronted with one of these comments, subtle or overt, I will address them head on." Kunis added

"And if my comments fall on deaf ears," she explained, " I will choose to walk away."

The essay ends with a powerful statement of Mila Kunis saying, "I will work in this town again, but I will not work with you."

Well, Ashton must be very proud of her. Meanwhile, she and her husband will welcome a son any day now.
