The 'Lenovo' Phab 2 Pro Is Finally Out; The World's First Tango Smartphone To Feature Augmented Reality Apps

"Lenovo" has already launched the world's smartphone to use the Tango platform. The "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro is already out in the market after a couple of delays from early August with an initial price of $500.

9To5 Google reported that the "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro was initially announced to launch back in August. It was delayed until September, eventually moved to October until "Lenovo" officially released the "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro this November.

The "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro is the first smartphone produced by the Google Tango Team as per the GadgetsTV said. It features a brilliant camera and a sensor that can track movements, depth perception and learning area. This "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro technology was designed for the current augmented reality or the AR apps such as browsing and mobile gaming.

In addition to the report, the "Lenovo" company confirmed that there will a handful of 25 apps that will be incorporated with the new Tango platform. It has been said that the "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro is expected to have more than 100 Tango apps and is now revealed that more 30 of these apps are now available via Google Play.

"Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro will feature a powerful Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC processor, packed with a huge 4GB RAM. The "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro contains a 4050mAh battery, enough to use for a long playing hours.

"Lenovo" delivers the Phab 2 Pro with a massive 6.4-inch IPS touchscreen that can handle HD resolution. Aside from the 16MP and 8MP camera, the "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro is also equipped with the all new Dolby Atmos 5.1 sound technology.

All these features can be found in the first Tango smartphone for $500 per unit. The "Lenovo" Phab 2 Pro would definitely compete against the rival Samsung and Apple smartphones.
