"Injustice 2", the upcoming fighting video game may be delayed. It is rumored that the voice actors' strike has affected the timeline of the development and might delay the release. It was in June 2016 the game was announced, considering the success of 2013's "Injustice: Gods Among Us". While Injustice 2 will come on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, the developers also announced versions of iOS and Android for mobile users.

Injustice 2 and the franchise is highly popular due to the ensemble characters appear in the game. The characters include Batman, Superman, Supergirl, Wonderwomen, Gorilla Grodd, Blue Beatle, Dead Shot, Atrocitus and Harley Quinn, cited by Vine Report. The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists had gone for a strike to change the two-decade-old contract, which did not gain any immediate result but affected the development of Injustice 2.

The trailer of Injustice 2 is released in June 2016 and it confirmed many new characters would be part of the game, reports Kotaku. The game was expected to be released on 2017. Apart from the Superheroes and Super villains, the game would also feature other characters from DC universe. It would include Black Canary, Red Hood and Captain Cold.

Injustice 2 allows the gamers to choose their heroes and villains and put themselves into the shoes and play the game. Also, the game would have a unique collection of fighting gears for each character and can only be used by it, reported by MNR Daily. In Injustice 2, customization of each character can be done by the gamers, which help them to have full control over their characters.

Since many Superheroes are featured in Injustice 2 it has got great attention from the fans of its characters. Also considering the first installment of the game was very popular, people would expect another magic from the team. The developer should try to focus on the plot and give a deserving sequel to the original as many of the sequels and remastered versions like "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2" or "Batman: Return To Arkham" did not live up to their originals.
