Although acquitted for stalking, the 25-year-old man was convicted of trespassing. These were the case filed by Star Model Kendall Jenner.

For the seven-day trial, the jury composed of 12 people were able to give its verdict. Shavaughn McKenzie was caught by Kendall Jenner prowling on her driveway while he was banging her car. On a report from NBC, the actress stated that she has never been so afraid.

The incident happened last August 2016. When she discovered that McKenzie was on her Hollywood Hilltop home, she started to panic and called her friend. Jenner was able to identify him as the same man who accosted her on the driveway.

Taylor Shramo, McKenzie's lawyer, made his oral argument that his client did not post any risk to the model but merely would just want to speak to her. Forensic psychiatrist further gave their assessment that McKenzie is suffering from a mental illness and was delusional to extend the effort to reach her.

The charge for stalking was dropped for that reason yet; he is still guilty of trespassing. Jenner said on E News that she feels not safe in her home. Still, her modeling career continues. The former Sherri Hill dress line also once was the ambassador for Seventeen Magazine.

Jenner is the Half Sister of Kim Kardashian, and they starred on Keeping up with the Kardashian. She made her debut on the set at age 11. She created a line of clothing with her sister Kylie, and they call the clothing Kendall and Kylie.

It is known that by 2013, Jenner was dating Harry Styles of One Direction but broke up in the following year. The Star-Model is currently single and at the moment not dating anyone. She is now mainly focusing on building his career.
