The Season 7 premiere of "The Walking Dead" was just as brutal as fans were expecting. AMC did not hold off in revealing who died at the hands of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) like they did in the Season 6 finale. When Negan took out two much-loved characters, Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) and Glenn (Steven Yeun), many fans were horrified.

Episode 2 of The Walking Dead is titled “The Well.” Before the Season 7 premiere aired, there was some speculation the title of this episode could relate directly to Glenn. Considering how Episode 1 panned out, this might still be the case, according to Inquisitr.

During its offseason, "The Walking Dead" was not at all reserved about the addition of The Kingdom and its leader King Ezekiel, according to ScreenRant. The community was also briefly mentioned at the end of season 6, and it was clear this small but thriving society under the rule of a man, his dreadlocks, and his tiger would soon become the temporary home of trying to be pacifists, Morgan and Carol. There has not been much of actual footage showing the survivors while there has been plenty of details about "The Kingdom" released online, and even a few images of Ezekiel and his pet Shiva released by AMC,

As the clip shows, Carol is being wheeled around the Kingdom by Morgan. Judging by the conversation, Carol has been out of it for a while, thanks to her injuries sustained in the Season 6 finale of "The Walking Dead," and Morgan is explaining the set up to her.

Indicating they have been there for awhile, Morgan seems to know many people in the Kingdom. If this is the case, it seems a time hop might occur in Episode 2. Morgan is also a little reserved about what he has told Ezekiel about himself and Carol. He allows Carol to know just how much of their story he has told to Ezekiel (who likes to be known as King Ezekiel).

So, is this group as wonderful as is implied with how friendly everyone is towards Morgan, or is this another community like Woodbury and the Governor (David Morrissey) was? Episode 2 of "The Walking Dead" will reveal all the answers.
