Have you heard of those self-tying shoes? LED light up soles? Rechargeable sneakers? Futuristic kind of kicks? I bet you are thinking about Marty McFly and its Back to The Future shoes, that's classic, but it's 2016! Virgin America unveiled its one-of-a-kind sneakers, it is named as Virgin America First Class Shoe.

According to CNet, the shoes are in collaboration with Virgin America marketing agency Eleven and SearchnDesign. They also stated that there would be no size list since size will not matter on the shoe.

As per Adweek, Mike McKay chief creative officer at ad agency Eleven said that they really wanted to give people the chance to experience what it's like to fly Virgin's first class cabin with both feet still on the ground. "We spent almost eight months with Virgin America designing and executing the First Class Shoe. First, we looked at what was currently going on with wearable technology, and there didn't seem to be a shoe that could deliver this level of technology." Mike also said.

Virgin America First Class shoe is made up Italian white leather with an attached stainless steel seat buckle which can be found around the Virgin America's planes. On its features, there would be a rechargeable battery that supports mood lighting, a USB port for phone charging, a video previewer, and a Wi-Fi enabled hotspot. Basically, it is a shoe, plus power bank, plus a pocket wifi and a tiny monitor, how handy?

Mashable says that the shoes are being sold in eBay exclusively to raise money for charity, Soles4Souls. Its current bid is at $99,000. The auction winner would get to get this shoe with its own custom plexi-glass display case with LED lighting.

First class shoe with a first class price. With Virgin America First Class Shoe's sleek all-white design, and the combination of the modern minimalist fashion and futuristic technology, this could be the glimpse of the next generation sneakers.
