"American Horror Story" Season 6 Episode 6 is going to be special for the show. This is the first time that a woman directs the episode for this series. Angela Basett is the one directing this upcoming episode.

In a report from Bustle, "American Horror Story" Season 6 Episode 6 is special because it is directed by Basett and at the same time this is the episode where changes may happen. This means that the upcoming episode will show of the biggest moment of the series.

The sixth episode of "American Horror Story" Season 6 is not the first for Basett's directing skills. She had already credits for being a director. However, this is a challenging directing stint for her since it is a life-changing moment for the show.

Aside from Basett directing an episode of "American Horror Story" Season 6, Sarah Paulson is also set to direct one episode of Series Creator Ryan Murphy's shows according to E News. This decision of having women direct an episode in the series is a decision of series creator Ryan Murphy.

Murphy believes that Paulson will also be good in doing the job. He is looking at Paulson to direct an episode in 'Feud' or Katrina. These are some of the works created by Murphy apart from "American Horror Story."

Just Jared reports that the sixth episode of "American Horror Story" Season 6 reveals the greatest twist of the series. For five episodes the show has been a reenactment of the couple's story when they came in into the house in Roanoke.

This time the reenactment wraps up and Episode 6 introduces the characters behind the scenes. As "American Horror Story" moves on the twists will unfold and it is also reported that this season will connect more of the characters and the story to Season 3.

"American Horror Story" Season 6 airs every Wednesdays.
