Weeks after the announcement of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt getting a divorce, Jolie was seen having a good time with kids and her brother, James Haven, in a beach in Malibu on Sunday. The onlookers described Jolie with her kids, sans Maddox, as "content, happy and relaxed."

Angelina Jolie is said to have sported a tan robe and a pair of sunglasses. They were seen frolicking in the water. Sources cited by Entertainment Online said the children's nannies and security guards also accompanied Angelina Jolie, the kids and James Haven.

In filing for the divorce, Angelina Jolie asserted sole physical custody of their six children and joint legal custody with Brad Pitt. The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services stipulated on their recommendations that both the actors should sign up for therapy and for Brad Pitt to get random drug tests, Perez Hilton reports.

Meanwhile, a Fomer SAS soldier, Mark Billingham, who now joins the showbiz claims he is the "father figure" of Angelina Jolie's kids with Brad Pitt. Billingham spent only 18 months of being the primary bodyguard of former celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and their six children, yet, in an interview, Billingham claimed he "practically fathered" all six children. He also squealed the primary concern of the now estranged couple.

In an interview published by the The Sun, Mark Billingham said the primary concern of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is their kids. "The biggest concern for them was the kidnapping of the kids," Billingham said, "It's all about money," he continued.

The former couple is known to have the passion to travel and even before they became a couple, the "Tomb Raider" actress has already been hitting international media for her travel, whether for pleasure, business or charity. "Angie and Brad are very worried about who goes near the children," the former head bodyguard added.
