Johny Depp Is In Selling-Spree After Breakup From Amber Heard: He Sold One Of The Penthouse

The Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp has sold one of his penthouse for $2.54 million. Since he broke-up from Amber Heard, he was trying to sell all the units of penthouses. The currently sold unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Apart from that it has a galley-style kitchen, a vintage bar and a private terrace. Depp bought the penthouse in 2007 and stayed here until recently and listed for sale almost a month back.

The penthouse is actually 5 unit with each are separated and built over 11,500 square feet in total. It is located on top of Eastern Columbia Art Deco Building in downtown Los Angeles. As the name represents the penthouse is a work of art with framed art, colorful walls, paintings, photographs etc. Though the individual prices of the units are not known, the entire structure was listed for $12.7 million. Altogether it has 9 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a roof top swimming pool and gym, reports CNN.

The 15 month relationship with Amber Heard has got an abrupt ending in May, when she filed the divorce referring the physical and verbal abuse from him. The divorce was settled in August and Depp agreed to pay $7 million to her. However, she stated that she would donate the amount to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which is working to stop violence and abuse against women, as cited by Mirror.

Johnny Depp has planned to sell his mansions in France and Venice, where the French mansion is in 37 acre compound and has a number of buildings. It was initially listed for 23 million Euros and recently the amount doubled, considering market is up. Interestingly, Depp bought the French mansion while he was dating with French actress Vanessa Paradis. He also bought an entire French village in those days. Additionally, he owns a private island in Bahamas, which he has no plan to sell.
