The divorce of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is a big news for some time and now a new name has been added to the controversy; Perez Hilton, the celebrity blogger has received legal threats from Angelina's lawyers. It was related to a blog post that refers to the divorce of Brangelina. Now Perez confirms that he received an apology from Angelina over the lawsuit threat.

The article of Perez Hilton claimed that Brad Pitt was "wrecked" after Angelina did not allow him to see his children since the divorce is filed. The article became subject to the opposition from the lawyers of Angelina and Perez received a threatening legal letter on Monday asking him to modify the article. He said that the language of the letter is "rude" and the lawyers are making aggressive tactics, which make Angelina "look bad" in front of public, reported Dailymail.

"Will Angelina Jolie really sue me? Most likely not, they tried to frighten me, bully me," Perez said. "Her publicist informed me that her lawyers are sending numerous aggressive letters to stop speaking about the divorce of Brangelina." He posted the screenshot of the emails in the social media and requested an apology from Angelina. He further said that he did nothing illegal and would stand by the reporting. On a damage control, an insider emailed Perez Hilton stating that Angelina asked her to call Perez and apologize on behalf of Angelina, as cited by Yahoo.

It is now learned that the new legal team is sending several legal threats to all the Medias, who reports Angelina in the darker side. These letters are just serving its purpose and not meant to anyone specifically. Since the divorce petition is pending in the court and decisions in case of children are yet to be made, her legal team seem to be working to keep her away from being negatively reported.
