‘The Vampire Diaries’ Extended Trailer Teases Final Season – The End For Damon & Enzo?

"The Vampire Diaries" is now on its final season. The extended trailer of the upcoming season showed a pool of blood.

"The Vampire Diaries" - Beginning of the End

Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) is determined to find his brother Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) and his friend Enzo (Michael Malarkey). Despite losing her magic abilities, Bonnie Bennet (Kat Graham) has decided to join Stefan and Caroline (Candice King) in the hunt, according to the TVD extended trailer. The promo video however, failed to show any intimate contacts between Stefan and Caroline.

Time is probably running out for the two fugitives since something is coming for them other than Stefan and his posse, according to E News. The question is what exactly is coming to get them? Damon is probably right when told his brother that he couldn't be saved. Damon is shown on the trailer victimizing innocent people foolish enough to venture in isolated roads.

Damon's fellow fugitive, Enzo on the other is very worried that there seems to be no end to their predicament, according to . He looks at the vast pool of blood and bitterly asked out loud how many bodies is enough to satisfy it. Enzo quickly kicks him into the pool and jokingly said he could now get an answer. The wayward Salvatore then resumed reading a "Fifty Shades of Gray" book.

"The Vampire Diaries" - Production Grateful

"The Vampire Diaries" showrunner and show's co-creator Julie Plec thanked CW president Mark Pedowitz and Warner Brothers television chief executive Peter Roth for the support and help they extend to the TWD production crew and artists. Plec Added that she will producing the show that was a spinoff from another television series, "The Originals".

"The Vampire Diaries" will have its 8th and final season premiere on October 21, 2016, Friday 8 p.m. in the CW channel.
