But it is definite that the updates are coming.

Clash of Clans 2016 October Update - What to Expect

Supercell announced recently that new contents, features and various balances will be introduced in Clash of Clans. New contents include more walls for Town Hall 11 players, new levels for Dragons and their babies, Wizards, Hidden Tesla, Mortar and X-bow.

Town Hall 8 holders can build the latest defense structure, the Bomb Tower. Major changes include the reduction of upgrade costs and time. Changes will also be made on Witch and skeleton spells, Clan War loots and matchmaking as well as XP rules.

Supercell moderator Anoushka also said that CoC players will be able to train two full armies by simple tapping twice. There is also an alternative to Clan Wars that does not cause much resources and bloodshed, the Friendly Wars. CoC players in this kind of war can adjust the duration of the battle but the minimum time is one hour. Friendly war participants can have as low as five players in each side to a maximum of 50.

Supercell assured in the major forums that the update will be implemented in a day or two. If the developer keeps its promise, CoC players will have new upgraded features within the week.
