There have been a lot of speculations on what might occur next right after the ultimate battle of Naruto and Sasuke. There are hints that the show will cover chapter 700 of its episode 479. However the latest episode of "Naruto Shippuden" has gone on a different route. There are side stories on what the storyline will take.

According to iTechPost, the latest episode of "Naruto Shippuden" has taken on the last chapters of the manga series. The episodes in this part of the story will be more on flashbacks and fillers. It also takes on two parts of the story.

The next episodes of "Naruto Shippuden" are 480 to 483. These are all fillers; in fact episode 480 is all about Naruto and Hinata. Naruto trains in the forest alone and all of a sudden someone appears. This episode is set to air on October 20.

Meanwhile Naruto Shippuden Episode 481 is all about Sasuke and Sakura and is going to air in October 27. Episode 482 is set to air on November 3 and is all about the story of Gaara and Shikamaru. The story about Jiraiya and Kakashi is going to be told in episode 483 and will air on November 10.

"Naruto Shippuden" Episode 479 is set to air on October 13 and will feature on how Naruto becomes a hero. Naruto also changes the fate of the ninja world in this episode. There are hints that this episode will be filler and will ultimately set the stage for the anime on its final episode.

It has previously been reported by News Everyday that there are additional series to be released after the battle between Naruto and Sasuke. There are also hints that Naruto's son will have his own animated series. This will be of 5 chapters and tells about the new generation of Ninjas. This series will happen right after the ultimate battle in "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 476.

"Naruto Shippuden" is almost on its ending which is why creators are trying to extend the anime as far as the story can get.
