The NBA season is just going to kick-off in a couple of days, but the former New York Knicks' player Jeremy Lin has no idea what to expect in this season. He plays for Brooklyn Nets in the season and he is the point guard of the team.

While the preseason matches just started, Jeremy Lin admitted that he has no Idea what to expect. He said that he would be more focused to build the team. He pointed out the fact that the techniques used in practice session might not bring the required results in the ground. Also, Jeremy Lin is having an easy time adjusting to his new team, according to Bleacher Report.

The new coach of Brooklyn Nets, Kenny Atkinson did not reveal starting lineup or the playing time his regulars are expected to play, but pressed for the defense of the team. "We look for some success, especially in our defense" said Atkison.

The condition is different in case of Derrick Rose, as the New York Knicks' point guard is concerned about the defense. "I am much worried about the defense than anything," he said. "We need to be known for the defense when the regular season starts," as cited by NY Post. In the off-season, he had referred the team as "super-team", is now not confident to repeat his praises after the first preseason game.

As the defensive center of the Knicks Joakim Noah is missing from team, the impact clearly translates to the defense. Also the new coach Jeff Hornacek did not share the detailed defense strategy with the team. Derrick Rose is not much worried about the trial of the alleged sexual assault case and keenly looking to change the fortunes of the team in the coming days.

Though Jeremy Lin and Derrick Rose have different notions about their teams, the confusion of the teams and the managements before starting the season would not stay for long. Once the season kick starts most of them start play as a team and make success in the court.
