Lady Gaga gave a surprise preview of her song "Million Reasons" which she said she had recorded from "a dive bar in Brooklyn." The song has been written by her and Hillary Lindsey and was released ahead of her unique "dive bar tour," which kicked off in Nashville yesterday. The tour is a three concert affair, with the remaining two being planned on Oct. 20 and Oct. 27.

The tour is her way to get closer with her fans and promote her new album "Joanne," which is set to be released on Oct. 21.

"I love this dive bar tour so much because I get to go perform these songs and really look my fans in the eyes when I'm singing to them and really try to have a more natural human experience," said she.

She had earlier teased another song from the album "Just Another Day" which she said was her tribute to David Bowie.

"It's probably the most New York-glam-pop song on the album," she explained. "It's the one that heirs from [David] Bowie and Marc Bolan [of T Rex] and then maybe from some obscure London metal stuff, the Beatles. It also kind of airs from the electroclash movement from New York and that's kind of when I started coming up, was right after that."

Joanne is her first solo album after Artpop which came out three years before. The album name has a special significance for Lady Gaga since it is inspired from her Aunt Joanne who passed away at a young age.

Lady Gaga has called it an autobiographical album.

"Every single song . . . every one of those is extremely autobiographical. And all about me as my father's daughter and me as my mother's daughter," said she.

The album's music is said to overall have a "raw Americana" vibe. The first release from the album was the single 'Perfect Illusion.'.
