'New Girl' Season 6 Updates And Spoilers: Jess & Cece Urges People To Vote For Clinton, Episode 3 Welcomes Guest Star

"New Girl" Season 6 Episode 2 titled "Hubbedy Bubby" was aired on September 27, 2016. "New Girl" joins the bandwagon, tackling presidential elections as Jess (Zooey Deschanel) and Cece (Hannah Simone) try to get as much vote as they can. Upcoming "New Girl" episode in November will be guest starring David Hornsby.

In "New Girl" Season 6 Episode 2 Jess and Cece makes a bet with Schmidt (Max Greenfield) about getting voters for the election. TV Fanatic reported that Cece and Jess are campaigning for Hillary Clinton, which Schmidt reacts to as an insult to his Republican background. In this episode he keeps on saying "Paul Ryan 2020!" showing that he does not acknowledge the existence of Trump at all. Jess impersonates Donald Trump wearing a costume complete with his infamous "Yuge!" line. Jess and Cece went all out campaigning by going door to door from one house to another just to encourage people to vote and take part in the upcoming election.

According to Headlines and Global News in "New Girl" Season 6 Episode 1, Lovers Cece and Schdmit was able to find an old-fashioned house requiring several repairs. The two decided it would be better than getting the bar as collateral just for them to buy their expensive dream house. Jess attempted to tell Nick about her feelings for him but eventually backed out.

It also featured Nick where he comes up with an idea on what his wedding gift will be for Cece and Schdmit. This episode also gave chance for Winston (Lamorne Morris and Aly (Nasim Pedrad) who are both trying to manage their long distance relationship.

TVLine reported that the upcoming "New Girl" Season 6 episode, actor David Hornsby, who is one of the producers of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" on FXX's, will be guest starring as the head of parent council at the same school where Jess works. Hornsby is also by chance, Deschanel's brother-in-law. This episode will air in November.
