‘Arrow’ Season 5 Spoilers, Updates and Air Date: CW Releases New Extended Trailer; Artemis Plays Crucial Role

The CW Television Network released another trailer of "Arrow" Season 5 which shows how Arrow's team will be rebuilt. The series' followers have witnessed the team going down when Black Canary died and when Diggle and Speedy had to leave the group at the end of the season.

According to Comic Book, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will bring in three new members for the team in "Arrow" Season 5, namely, Mister Terrific, Artemis and Wild Dog to make up to the loss. In the extended trailer, Wild Dog is already found playing a part. The trailer also gave a hint of Madison McLaughlin's Evelyn Sharp doing her best to excel and replace the role of Black Canary. The report also revealed that the new season will have a darker theme compared to its preceding seasons and episodes.

The Black Canary is close to Oliver's heart. Fans are yet to find out if the Artemis character will evolve into one of the biggest roles to watch out for when "Arrow" Season 5 airs. Also, many are wondering if producers will decide to make it a character that will create equilibrium amongst the members.

Coming Soon also disclosed the guest stars who will appear in the "Arrow" Season 5. For one, Josh Segarra will come in as Vigilante in "Arrow" Season 5. One of Marvel's "Jessica Jones" actors (Will Traval) will guest as Human Target and "The Walking Dead" star Chad Coleman will also play as villain.

In addition to that, the mystical vigilante named as Ragman will be portrayed by actor Joe Dinicol. "Arrow" Season 5 premiere episode dubbed as "Legacy" is set to air on October 5, Wednesday at 8 PM on The CW.
