'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: What We Know So Far!

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will begin the premiere episode with DeLuca (Giacomo Gianiotti) in a hospital. This season is filled with drama for all of the characters.

According to International Business Times, the end episode of Season 12 had Alex (Justin Chambers) and DeLuca get into a misunderstanding which led the latter to be hospitalized. In Grey's anatomy Season 13, Alex hopes that no one finds out that it was him who hurt DeLuca.

Meanwhile, Meredith is keeping secrets in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. She is challenged to keep a secret from her half- sister Maggie since it can cost them their relationship. It seems that there is a love triangle going on between Riggs (Martin Henderson), Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Meredith.

Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) are happy parents to their new born in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. They have been divorced before. This time, what connects them is their baby.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 also tells a story about Jo (Camilla Ludington). She has suffered enough from a previous relationship and an abusive one. Aside from the season to tell Jo's story, it also will touch on how Alex came to be.

In a report from E! news, Alex is already comfortable with his relationship with Jo. However, the upcoming season might be hard for Alex especially if DeLuca might press charges against him about what happened to them.

Showrunner Shonda Rhimes shares that "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will have people go back to their less mature selves. This time Alex will cope with all the things he is gone through. It seems that Alex does not know what to do with all the hurt.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is going to be more of Alex. It also will be challenging for all the characters. This upcoming season will also be focused more on the original characters. There are things that will unfold for each once this season begins.
