One of the most popular dating apps got hooked with the most popular music streaming app Tuesday. A report from Billboard confirms that "Tinder" is pairing up with "Spotify" for their Swipe feature. Tinder users can now send music to their potential match to spice up the getting-to-know-you stage of pairs.

According to Tinder, users can now broadcast music and "anthem" from their profiles and displays as well as preview music clips from top music artists whose albums are available on Spotify. Through this feature, users can also swipe to see who shares the same taste of music as they do.

Tinder users are not required to create a Spotify account to enable this feature, Billboard reports. However, for users who have an existing account at Spotify, they can link this with their Tinder account so they can easily discover other Tinder users who follow the same albums, playlists and artists. Linking Spotify to Tinder also allows them to share full music integration into their dating profiles.

Spotify also said in a blog post that users are encouraged to choose a single track that they cannot put off from their head in their Tinder profiles. In order to do this, all that's needed to be done is to search the song in a Spotify panel available on the Tinder app. From there, the user can already start swiping and searching for their potential match who follows and loves the same artists.

The music streaming also adds Tinder and Spotify's definition of "anthem". It is "Where the lyrics of your life meet the rhythm of your soul. It may change as you change, but at any given time, you have an anthem -- and the world is waiting to hear it."

Tinder's Spotify integration rolled out to 59 areas where Spotify is made available.
