"Scream Queens" Season 2 returns on Tuesday and it will be a whole new setting for the characters. A new mystery begins for the Chanels, Hester Ulrich (Lea Michele) and Dean Cathy Munsch (Jaime Lee Curtis).

According to International Business Times, "Scream Queens" Season 2 is going to take place in a hospital. After leaving Wallace University, Munsch travels the world to search for a new mission. She acquires an abandoned hospital and disguised it as a hospital that fixes the healthcare system in America.

Munsch names the medical institution C.U.R.E. Institute Hospital. Here, some of the strange cases of medical conditions are cured. In "Scream Queens" Season 2, C.U.R.E. becomes operational and the secrets of the past from the establishment slowly reveal themselves. A new killer also emerges in this upcoming season.

In a report from TV FANATIC, many characters were introduced in "Scream Queens" Season 1. However, there were also several of these characters that were dead during the previous season. There were memorable moments with these deaths.

A prank gone wrong was the cause of death of Ms. Bean. Before Chanel can put the prank on Ms. Bean, Hester already turned on the deep fryer secretly. Chanel #2 (Ariana Grande) had the most hilarious death. She even live Tweets her own death. Tiffany Desalle (Whitney Meyer) had her head over run by a lawnmower.

This was when she was buried up to her neck with her Kappa Kappa Tau pledges. These are just a few of the characters who were killed by the Red Devil (Boone Clemens). The ones who return to "Scream Queens" Season 2 are the ones who survived and are going on.

Meanwhile, "Scream Queens" Season 2 will also have new faces coming in to the series. John Stamos is Dr. Brock Holt. He is recipient of the very first hand transplant. He plays a secretive yet brilliant doctor in C.U.R.E.

Taylor Lautner is Dr. Cascade Cassadee who is suffering from a unique medical condition and becomes the prime suspect when series of killings happen in the hospital. James Earl plays the character of Chamberlain Jackson. Kristie Alley also joins the show as the administrator at C.U.R.E. in "Scream Queens" Season 2.
