Square Enix announced at Tokyo Game Show 2016 that Final Fantasy XV will be getting a tie-in mobile game as well. The mobile game called King's Wrath: Wrath of the Dark Dragon, is the second mobile game tie-in for FFXV, according to Kotaku. The first is Justice Monsters Five, a pinball hybrid game that was released for iOS and Android last month.

King's Wrath: Wrath of the Dark Dragon is the reimagining of an NES game of the same name released in 1986, as reported by CG Mag Online. It's described to be an action RPG which resembles the vertical-scrolling shooters from way back.

The mobile game will be free-to-play and features 4-player multiplayer. It will also be released sometime within 2016. If you don't want to download it on your phone, but still want to play, then take note that it will also be released as DLC for FFXV later on. Also, apparently the game is played by Noctis and friends on their own phones in FFXV.

Final Fantasy XV is set to be released for PS4 and Xbox One on November 29 this year. According to Playstation Lifestyle, it was confirmed by director Hajime Tabata that FFXV will launch with support for the Playstation 4 Pro. On PS4 Pro, the game is said to have a higher resolution and smoother frame rate.

It was first announced to be released way back in August as part of Square Enix's PAX West lineup for this year. There was a lot of hype for it, as demos in PAX West showed that it would have smooth gameplay.

Square Enix has also released the fifth episode of Brotherhood. Brotherhood is is the FFXV anime mini-series. This new episode will wrap up the conflict from way back in Episode one, and explain more about Noctis' past.
