Hewlett Packard, the computer manufacturing giant joined hands with 3M to come up with a solution for screen privacy. The two companies succeeded in bringing a type of screen which eliminates hackers to get into your private content on screen against visual hacking.

According to engadget, the new privacy screen, so called "Sure View" is made available on the full HD touch screen versions of Elitebook840 and 1040 laptops in September and non touch screen laptops on October.  Sure View allows the user to take care of any confidential information which the user might be working with at any public places without the risk of visual hacking.

The users can turn it 'On' and 'Off' by just pressing Function + F2 buttons and is quite easy. HP's Sure View feature has huge practical uses. Some of its application can be in ATM's or any other such type of money related machines or any private content related devices. When the feature is turned off, the screen appears to be very bright.

According to cnet, hacking someone's passwords or any private confidential content by simply eyeballing can cause great disasters to an individual and this issue was overtaken by HP and joined with 3M and came up with a new solution for the users.

HP claims Sure View reduces the amount of visible light viewed at an angle by 95%, making it difficult for people around you to view information on your screen. At the same time the privacy solution blocks less light for the user than an external privacy screen while also removing the hassle of having to carry around an extra item.

HP and 3M's solution for visual hacking is currently the beginning for such a type of problem.
