When the news came out that veteran actress Jessica Lange will not be returning to the sixth season of 'American Horror Story,' fans were disappointed. But here is some good news from another beloved actor who won millions of hearts with his excellent performances in FX's horror anthology.

We are talking about Evan Peters, who played the disturbed teenage sociopath Tate Langdon in 'Murder House' and many more characters in the series. The actor recently opened up about his famous character and said that he would like to reprise the role of Tate as Tate is his favorite character.

And we know many viewers share his thoughts for his love story with Violet Harmon (played by Taissa Farmiga) was one of the prime highlights of the season. The actor really wowed everyone as he romanced the daughter of the psychiatrist as a ghost.

Evan said that he would want to play Tate again and suggested that a prequel might be the best way to go about it. Expressing his thoughts about the reprisal of the character, he said that it would be a good idea to delve into his mind and see the lighter side of him before he became a sociopath.

Though he acknowledged his ignorance about how showrunners would do it, he expressed a wish to do something to reprise Tate. Speaking about his co-star Dylan McDermott (who played psychiatrist Ben and Violet's father), Evan said that he would also like him to return to the series.

Evan also admitted to missing Lady Gaga, his co-star from the fifth season 'Hotel.' He said that she is very hardworking and talented. Calling her a powerhouse performer, he said that it was an experience in itself to watch her immerse herself in acting.

It is worth mentioning here that Evan Peters has appeared in all the seasons of 'American Horror Story.' His role as Tate in Season 1 was the beginning and he continued the superb acting streak in all the seasons. All his roles were different and garnered huge praise from audiences and critics alike.
