The fictional character of James Bond is under serious discussion as the recent 007, Daniel Craig wants to be out of the field!

Filling the spot for the most daring man on earth, Daniel has expressed his desire to clear out his presence from the bond franchise, thus, calling it quit.

Just when the newly appointed James Bond started to get a grip on the character, his aptitude has managed to magnetize him with the revival of the previous franchise. His recent Spectre demonstrated a huge success, adjusting itself to the array of mainstream success, grabbing the attention on both sides of the Atlantic.

Nevertheless, the speculations regarding his withdrawal from the lucrative blockbuster have allowed the audience to speculate plenty of alternatives to place Bond at the center.

Tom Hiddleston, who was linked to fill in the vacant spot for the daunting personality has debunked the rumor.

'I'm sorry to disappoint you, everybody. I don't think that announcement is coming,' said the actor as he addressed a crowd at Wizard World Comic-Con in Philadelphia over the weekend.

Sam Mendes, who have confirmed his departure after Skyfall and Spectre maintains while speaking at the recent Hay on Wye Festival that preference to the media and public has no connection as to who will be chosen by producer Barbara Broccoli.

'It's not a democracy - it's not the X Factor, it's not the Euro Referendum, it's not a public vote,' he told the audience, hinting current favorites Tom Hiddleston or Idris Elba may not necessarily be in the mix.

Mendes added: 'Barbara Broccoli chooses who is going to be the next Bond, end of story. And without that there would have been no Daniel Craig because public support for Daniel was zero.'

Craig, the 48-year old, on the other hand has different plans as he recently signed for the new US drama, Purity.
