Amber Heard documents in court filings that Johnny Depp "hit her with a cell phone, pulled her hair and screamed at her last Saturday night". She alleges that he had abused right through their 15-month marriage.

The records detail that the 30-year-old, Heard, who filed for divorce from Depp Monday said she was given a temporary restraining order against him on Friday. She documents two separate accounts in which she says he physically abused her and called night cops, which gave her a black eye.

"During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me," she records.

Meanwhile, Depp's attorney filed a response declaring that Heard is trying to force her husband to pay spousal support.

"Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse," declared the court records.

It was on Saturday, May 21, that Heard was talking to two friends when Depp, 52, came into their downtown Los Angeles apartment. Even as the friends referred to the recent passing of Depp's mother, he "began obsessing about something that was untrue" and became "extremely angry," Heard records in her documents.

To reduce the stress, Heard began to call a friend who he was asking to speak to, she says.

"Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at iO [the friend]," she said. "I heard iO yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cell phone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me, striking my cheek and eye with great force."

Heard submitted some photographs that show bruised eyes and face.

She says that she covered her face and began to cry, which then prompted Depp to attack her. She said that he "charged" at her and "taunted" her, questioning if the phone actually hit her.

"He then forcibly pulled back my hair as I attempted to stand up from the sofa," she said. "I then yelled 'Call 911' - hoping it would be heard by iO who was still on the phone."

"Johnny continued screaming at me, pulling my hair, striking me and violently grabbing my face," she continued.

From the next apartment, a friend came in, letting herself in with a key previously given by Heard. Depp ran out, "smashing everything he could" with a wine bottle, Heard said. She gave photographs showing the damaged possessions.

However, an LAPD spokesperson said that officers visited but concluded that "there was no evidence of any crime."

A judge ordered Depp, currently in Europe, to stay 100 yards away from Heard and give her exclusive use of their apartment. However, Depp was not told to pay "temporary spousal support or attorney's fees."

The friend who entered the apartment at the time said he "slapped my hands away and screamed foul obscenities at me" as she tried to defend Heard.
